Liam James Payne (born 29 August 1993) is an English singer and songwriter.
He rose to fame as a member of the boy band One Direction.
Payne made his debut as a singer when he auditioned for the British television series The X Factor in 2008. After being eliminated as a solo performer, he auditioned again in 2010 and was put into a group with four other contestants to form One Direction
Spain delays rollout of ‘alarming’ tourist rules

New regulations were set to be introduced from October 1, which would have required visitors to provide hotels and holiday homes with personal details, including address and contact information.
Under the new rules guests would have to complete a digital application upon arrival. The information provided would then be passed on to the Ministry of the Interior.
But the tourism industry slammed the rules, with some concerned that it was “incompatible with EU law” due to the amount of data to be collected.
Concerns were raised by CEHAT, the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation, and by the FEHM Majorca hotel federation over the rules and urged the government to reconsider.
