A cafe bar boss in Shotts has revealed plans to open up early, dubbing lockdown restrictions a “conspiracy”.Someone posting under Pavana owner Brian Neill’s name made the posts on Facebook stating that he intends reopening up with a sit-in service available, going against the guidelines set out by the government.In the posts he blamed a lack of support for the business, saying that he felt this was the only way they could stay afloat.He also said that this would make them the “first pub in Scotland to open” and told customers to have some courage “to get back to normality or our town will die”.On Mr Neill’s account the decisions have been defended.
