Parents are chiming in and speaking out as one school district in Pennsylvania has announced it's canceling its annual Halloween parades for elementary students due to safety and "inclusivity" concerns. Dominique Izbicki, a resident of Montgomery County, told Fox News Digital she doesn't agree with the decision. "Generally, I'm just disappointed that we are taking an approach to inclusivity as trying to go down to the lowest common denominator rather than trying to celebrate all cultures, all religions and all views for our kids," said Izbicki.

Ivine (Miss Majesty Divine)," where he frequently posts pictures of himself attending drag events such as Drag Queen Story Time.

Democratic Ohio U.S. Senate candidate Rep.Tim Ryan once called for an end to cash bail nationwide and called the system "inherently unfair." An arrest has been made following the release of security footage showing a man forcefully walking a teenage girl before she was sexually assaulted in a Los Angeles bathroom, police said Wednesday.  The Los Angeles Police Department told Fox News an arrest has been made but could not confirm if the suspect seen on camera was the person in police custody. The incident occurred Tuesday at a park in the El Sereno neighborhood.  A suspect is seen with a teen girl in Los Angeles moments before she was sexually assaulted.

Escambia County Public Schools, Florida considered a proposal to revise a policy to allow parents to decide what books their children can read. At the beginning of Escambia County schools' "special workshop" on Monday, school board members addressed concerns over books that have been accessible to students.The workshop stemmed from a teacher's claim last month that over 100 books in Escambia County Public Schools violated Florida law.  "I think at some point we have to know that we have professionals working for us that are evaluating, making decisions, based on the literature that is being proposed.

Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters said on "The Faulkner Focus" that Big Tech censorship played a crucial role in the 2020 presidential election.  Masters said "if everyone followed the law" then Donald Trump would "be in the Oval Office," pointing to how the FBI pressured social media and tech companies, including Facebook, to censor "true information" related to Hunter Biden's corrupt dealings. A massive brawl broke out at a high school in Baltimore County recently as parents and community activists raise the alarm on children's safety.  Cell phone video captured by a bystander shows two groups of students swinging wildly at each other in the hallways of Lansdowne High School.  Lansdowne High School educates about 1,345 students in Baltimore County, Maryland.  (Google Maps) The school's principal tried to break up the altercation and was attacked, according to Fox 45. "How can our kids learn when they're in this fight or flight mode? We wonder why the grades and proficiency levels are down so low because how can these kids learn when they're surrounded by violence," Darren Badillo, a Baltimore County Parent and Student Coalition member, told the local news outlet.  Testing has shown that many students in Baltimore are falling behind.

An Indiana man accused of smuggling three migrants crashed his car during a high-speed chase in Uvalde County recently, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.  Richard Diaz, 21, allegedly told police that he was being paid $3,000 per person to smuggle the migrants from the border community of Eagle Pass to San Antonio.  He was charged with two counts of human smuggling causing serious bodily injury, Texas DPS spokesman Christopher Olivarez told Fox News Digital.  The driver sped off during an apparent traffic stop in Uvalde County, Texas.  (Texas Department of Public Safety) Dashcam footage shows the driver accelerate away from an apparent traffic stop at night. As the driver sped through what appears to be a residential area, his vehicle spun out of control and careened off the road into a pole.  One of the migrants suffered a severe head injury, according to Texas DPS.Two of the migrants were males from Mexico, while the third was a woman from Guatemala.  The driver's vehicle careened off the road and wrecked into a pole.  (Texas Department of Public Safety) Diaz told the responding officer after the wreck that he "panicked."  It's the latest incident of human smuggling to strike Uvalde, which like other communities near the U.S.-Mexico border, has been inundated with migrants in recent months.  One of the migrants suffered a severe head injury, according to Texas DPS.  (Texas Department of Public Safety) Last month, a 17-year-old girl who police say was "involved in human smuggling" crashed a vehicle in downtown Uvalde, leaving two people dead and 10 others injured.  "The nightmare of the border crisis, when will it end?" Multiple schools went into lockdown across counties in Florida on Tuesday morning as police responded to false calls of active shooters. Police dispatches in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Orange counties received 911-calls on Tuesday morning reporting mass shootings and gunmen wearing body armor.

Ohio Republican Senate candidate JD Vance accused Democratic opponent Rep.Timothy Ryan of using "canned" responses and not addressing the substance of the moderators' questions during Monday's debate on "The Story" Tuesday Vance, a venture capitalist whose impoverished upbringing was recently explored in his memoir-turned-Ron Howard film "Hillbilly Elegy", claimed onFox News that Ryan has grown complacent in his 20 years in office. New York police reportedly launched a strike force after the shooting outside of Rep. Lee Zeldin’s home.  Speaking to reporters near the home of the Republican candidate for governor, Suffolk Police Commissioner Rodney K. Harrison said he is putting the strike force together for the Shirley area.  "I’m always concerned about retaliation, so putting this strike force together and grabbing officers throughout the county and kind of flooding them in a certain community is our M.O.," Harrison on Monday, according to Newsday.

The Supreme Court has denied an appeal made by mass murderer Dylan Roof, who was convicted of killing nine people in a shooting at a Black church in 2015. Roof had asked the court to decide how to handle disputes over mental illness-related evidence between capital defendants and their attorneys.

Local New York City officials said Tuesday on "Fox & Friends First" they're concerned about Staten Island schools seeing an "unsustainable" influx of migrant children by next week.  Travis Civic Association President Gene Guerra said the school in his neighborhood is already "overflowing" and he's unsure if the principal would be able to accept more students. "There's really no place to put these children," said Guerra, telling host Carley Shimkus one school is already using a cafeteria as a classroom.  The move comes as Texas continues to send migrants from the southern border to sanctuary cities such as New York City.  Migrants leave for a shelter from the Port Authority bus terminal in New York, the United States, on Sept.

New York Republican gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin shut down a reporter Sunday who questioned why he chose to "talk politics" after a shooting occurred directly outside his home.  "At what point are we supposed to talk about the crime on our own streets? I’m standing in front of crime scene tape in front of my own house," he said.  Rep. Zeldin, R-N.Y., read a prepared statement and then took questions on Sunday following a shooting that left two 17-year-olds wounded with non-life threatening injuries. He explained that his two 16-year-old daughters were inside the Long Island home when the shooting happened, with a bullet landing only 30 feet from one of them.

The two teens shot outside Rep. Lee Zeldin’s home while the Republican candidate for governor of New York's twin daughters were home alone have been identified, according to a report.  The New York Post first identified the teen victims Monday as Joel Murphy and Elijah Robinson, both 17-year-olds from Mastic, on New York’s Long Island.The Suffolk County Police Department declined to confirm the identities of the victims to Fox News Digital when contacted by phone about the report.  Both teen victims suffered gunshot wounds to the chest in the shooting in Shirley, the Post said, citing police, noting that Murphy also reportedly suffered a lacerated liver while Robinson sustained an arm wound.  According to the report, a "high-ranking" law enforcement source said the teen victims were "known to the department" and had been at a recording studio on a reservation in Suffolk County that is known for gang activity.  New York GOP candidate for governor Rep.
