Shocking footage has been released showing a masked vandal throwing paint over a 'targeted' family home. The mum who lives at the property is begging the council and police to help her get out of the area following the incident. The short clip captures a man dressed in dark clothing walking up to the Birmingham council house last month with a large tub in hand.

He then proceeds to hurl the thick white liquid all over the lounge window until the tub is empty. The family, three kids and their mother, are inside and currently live in fear of the next move in a 'relentless harassment campaign'.

Birmingham Live reports that after the CCTV footage was shown to West Midlands Police they told the mum they could not identify the vandal, and therefore, could take the investigation no further. The mum claims this ordeal adds to a string of incidents which saw 'threats made to her kids and four cars vandalised'.

She urgently wants a move to safety, fears: "I could leave in a body bag, and no one would care. "We have CCTV - not that it does any good because police have said if they're masked up, we can't identify them, that's as far as any investigation will go.
