Ruth Langsford
Ruth Langsford (born 17 March 1960 in Singapore) is an English television presenter of shows such as This Morning, Gift Wrapped and How the Other Half Lives. Langsford is an anchor on ITV's lunchtime chat show Loose Women and presents Ruth Langsford's Fashion Edit on QVC. She took part in the fifteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, where she came ninth. She is currently the longest serving female presenter of This Morning. Ruth currently is more frequently known for her exclusive fashion collection, for British fashion label QVC. After being approached to curate a collection, Langsford signed a multi million pound endorsement deal that spawned 19 sellout collections; 18 of which debuted at London Fashion Week Women’s Collection.

Ruth Langsford returns to TV after Eamonn Holmes break-up as fans defend her still wearing her wedding ring on air

Following the news she and husband Eamonn Holmes are headed for divorce after 14 years of marriage, Ruth Langsford has made her return to TV.

But one thing that caught fans by surprise was that the 64 year old TV presenter was spotted still wearing her wedding ring as she appeared on QVC on Thursday, 30 May.

Ruth and Eamonn revealed they were calling it quits via a spokesperson for the former This Morning hosts. It stated: "Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing." But appearing live on QVC shopping to promote her clothing range, the Loose Women panellist was seen still sporting her wedding ring.

Fans defended her decision to keep it, with one asking: “Does it matter?” Another said: “Eamonn had his on today too. Perhaps they won’t come off.
