On Tuesday afternoon, Rory’s attorney Thomas Sasser filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal in the Palm Beach County Courthouse, which had been signed by the Irishman earlier in the day.
Per DailyMail.com, the court papers stated: Once a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal is filed, the court considers the case closed, and clerks have already designated the divorce as “disposed other.” If Rory changes his mind again, he’ll have to start the process all over.
