Rachel Stevens has revealed that she first started seeing a therapist at around the age of 18/19 after finding fame with S Club 7.
The singer - who is now 42-years-old - appeared on Tuesday's edition of Loose Women and spoke candidly about how her mental health and the help she has.
Rachel was catapulted to fame at the tender age of 19, along with her bandmates Hannah Spearritt, Jo O'Meara, Jon Lee, Paul Cattermole, Bradley McIntosh and Tina Barrett.
Speaking to the Loose Women panel, she explained: "In a band like S Club we were marketed at a very young audience and it was very shiny and happy and everyone saw the sort of finished polished product and we were very packaged.
