The Princess Royal paid a visit to Lanarkshire to visit an award-winning sustainable fashion company and to hear about the work of school pupils in tackling food waste and supporting their community.HRH Princess Anne was welcomed to ACS Clothing for a tour of its 200,000 square-foot base at Eurocentral, described as “Europe’s largest circular and sustainable fashion hub”.She met some of the 150 staff and learned about their work in processing six million items of clothing per year for returns rental, subscription and resale providers through its eco-friendly cleaning and repair processes.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
