Police hunt gang who stole motorbikes and car in early morning raid at West Lothian home

Police are hunting a gang of thieves after a car and two motorbikes were stolen from a house in West Lothian in an early morning raid at the weekend.

Officers said between 12.20am and 1.55am the vehicles were taken from a detached garage in James Young Avenue, near Uphall Station.

They stole a blue Seat Leon Cupra, registration YH19 XED, a grey Yamaha motorbike, registration YK18 RXC, and a red Ducati motorbike, registration OW03 FHX.

Five people wearing dark clothing were seen at the time, arriving in a silver car, and officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen them or know who they are.Officers are also asking anyone who has dash-cam or private CCTV that could assist with their enquiries to get in touch.Anyone who can help is asked to contact Livingston CID via 101, quoting incident number 1168 of Saturday, 17 September, 2022, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
