Paul Pogba admits it has been a 'difficult' season for him at Manchester United as he nears the end of his six-year deal with the club.
United had been expected to seriously challenge for the Premier League this year, but instead they find themselves in a fight for the top-four and out of all the cup competitions.
This trophyless season will make it five years since United last won a trophy, a damning reflection on the lack of progress that has been made in the last half a decade.
United backed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his backroom staff with new contracts last summer but parted ways with the Norwegian in November of last year after a dire start to the new campaign.
