We may see a huge change in the way Netflix releases its shows, as it could axe one of it's most iconic features. One of the early selling points of Netflix was binge watching, being able to watch a cluster of episodes - or even a whole season of a show - in a single sitting.

While it has been successful, the streaming platform appears to be looking for ways to keep a hold of customers. Between April and July of this year, the platform lost over a million customers, leaving Netflix in search of new ideas.

Until recently, Netflix has delivered some of its hit shows such as The Witcher, Bridgerton and Sex Education all in one sitting, reports the Echo.

A change could see the end of entire-season releases which would allow you to watch as much as you want from the get-go. The service is reportedly considering a move towards the more traditional week-by-week release model.
