Erling Haaland has revealed that Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola wants him to 'connect' with his teammates as he looks for the Norwegian striker to get even better.

The former Borussia Dortmund man has been in scintillating form so far this term, registering 17 goals in 11 matches in all competitions - including 14 goals in eight Premier League games.

Haaland, who grabbed a hat-trick in City's 6-3 win over rivals Manchester United in the derby on Sunday, has received widespread praise for the impact he has had since his arrival at the Etihad.
