Stephen Oliver, who is the general manager at Evelyn's Cafe Bar in the Northern Quarter, woke up at 2am on Sunday to find that his home had been turned into a giant bubble bath.
A video posted on his Instagram account shows foam pouring out from the toilet bowl and filling his flat with suds.He can be heard laughing and saying: "Oh my god, what the f*** is going on.
