Motherwell keeper won't make Morton harder to beat, says Airdrie boss Ian Murray

brought former Partick Thistle shot-stopper Scott Fox in from Motherwell, with him having been out for the entire season with an ACL injury.

Murray says his side simply need to try and beat what is put in front of them, but the gaffer reckons that already won't be easy against a side that is fighting to stay in a league above them.

But he says Airdrie go into the two-legged tie in a lot of confidence, given their recent form, which saw them negotiate their way past Cove Rangers with a dramatic 3-2 win in their semi-final.

On Fox being called into the Greenock side's ranks, Murray said: "It's not wrong, because it's the rules; that's the bottom line and it's none of my business, to be quite honest, we'll just be prepared for the game against.
