Former Coronation Street star Michelle is set to star in the new BBC drama Ten Pound Poms, created by Bafta-award winner Danny Brocklehurst who she has previously worked with on the Sky comedy drama Brassic and BBC drama series Ordinary Lies.
It was reveled last year that she will lead the six-part series alongside Games Of Thrones star Faye Marsay and Luther actor Warren Brown.
The drama, which Michelle spent time filming away from home last year, will follow a group who have been promised a better quality of life in Australia for only £10, leaving behind post-war Britain.
