Health guru Michael Mosley has revealed his top five 'tweaks' to boost your wellbeing, which could help you shed pounds, shape up, and potentially extend your lifespan.
The brain behind the Fast 800 diet and a familiar face on television, Dr Mosley has shared his preferred 'tweaks' from the most recent season of his podcast.In his BBC Sounds and Radio 4 podcast, Just One Thing, Dr Mosley offers listeners a weekly tip for enhancing their lives, and this series is now being adapted into a television programme for the BBC.
His advice also comes in the form of his best-selling book also titled "Just One Thing".Penning an article for MailOnline, Dr Mosley has detailed his top five straightforward lifestyle adjustments for better health and increased happiness, as reported by Bristol Live.
According to Dr Mosley: "Nordic walking involves using far more muscle groups than ordinary walking, so it is good for you. Finland not only has some of the happiest people in the world but also some of the healthiest.", reports Bristol Live.
