A resident in a homeless hostel described it as a 'ticking time bomb' for a Covid-19 outbreak due to people not abiding to the lockdown measures.

The resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, is currently staying in shared accommodation ran by Manchester City Council on Stockport Road, in Levenshulme.
