A review into the death of railway worker Belly Mujinga has ruled out homicide.The 47-year-old died with Covid-19 after she was spat at while working on the concourse of Victoria station in London.She died in April, a few weeks after the incident, leaving a widower and an 11-year-old daughter.But the decision made by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) came as a result of medical tests which confirmed the suspect accused of spitting at her while she was on duty had not been infected with coronavirus.Following the CPS' review of the evidence, which was instructed by the British Transport Police, deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor Suzanne Llewellyn said: "As part of this review, we studied enhanced CCTV, forensic materials and witness.
