Man stabbed to death outside Oldham flat named as family pays tribute to 'loving and adored' dad - a murder investigation continues

Emergency services rushed to Flora Street, on the outskirts of Oldham town centre, shortly before 3am on Thursday, March 25, following reports a man had been stabbed.

The victim - now named as 39-year-old Stephen Taylor - from Stalybridge, Tameside, was taken to Royal Oldham Hospital in a critical condition, where he was tragically pronounced dead.

A murder investigation was launched. Mr Taylor's loved ones have now paid tribute. They said in a statement, released via Greater Manchester Police: “Stephen
