However despite a promising romance on the show, it soon fizzled out once the series had ended, with the star now hoping to find her perfect Mr.Right with a little help from the show.
Following on from her first bikini clad stint on the show, Hannah went on to become a highly successful influencer on social media, with more than 400k followers on Instagram alone, and even became a mum for the first time, when she gave birth to her son Reggie, four.
Despite her successful career, Hannah decided she wasn’t happy with the way she looked and instead made the tricky decision to go under the knife to enhance her natural beauty - something which later went on to lead to a lucrative career on adult site OnlyFans.
