The mother-of-one, who has been struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) over the last two years, shared a heartfelt post for her younger brother to Instagram, which featured a snap of the siblings when they were young children.

Explaining how proud she is of Sam, who was reunited with best pal Pete Wicks in the camp this week, Louise said that while it can 'sometimes be hard to watch people close to you go through such big changes', she has loved every second of it.

Beginning the letter, which she had hoped he would get in camp at some point, Louise penned: "If young Sam could see future Sam I think he’d be pretty impressed. "Towards the end our Made in Chelsea career Sam used to regularly refer to ‘future Sam’ as someone who was capable of handling so much more than current Sam. ‘Oh well we’ll leave that for future Sam or later Sam’ to deal with.
