"It's took me over 2 weeks to post this but it’s real and I want to show people how I give myself some confidence on my postpartum journey. "Gaining 3.5 stone during my pregnancy really impacted my confidence so my self-care and tanning has been so important to keep me feeling my best and gives me such a confidence boost. "Whenever baby is sleeping and I get a bit of me time I always prioritise my self-care because it makes me feel so much happier, I’ve been using my spray tan mister because it’s the quickest way to get an even glow.
