Lauren Goodger gives surgery update as she makes big decision
ok.co.ukReality legend Lauren Goodger has opened up about the anxiety she's been suffering after the trauma of losing her second daughter, Lorena.The former TOWIE star gave birth to Lorena, at full term, in July 2021 but she sadly died just minutes after being born.The unimaginable loss came just a week after her ex boyfriend, Jake McLean, died in a car crash in Turkey, where he was holidaying.
Now Lauren, who turns 38 later this month, has shared a heartfelt Instagram post explaining that she's suffered "tremendous anxiety" due to things she's been through.
She also gave her followers an update on her big surgery plans. "I have suffered tremendous anxiety due to the things I've been through" she wrote, " which led me to being caffeine and alcohol free but also stopped me being able to go abroad on holiday or have surgery or some minor treatments. "I've been so bad with anxiety....
I've even had panic attacks having [my] hair dyed... I'm talking when you go through something so traumatic it really changes you and it's affected my life massively.
