Kim Zolciak's Estranged Husband Kroy Biermann Looks to Sell Their Mansion Amid Financial Struggles

ET writes that in new court documents, the 37-year-old former NFL player has asked for an emergency hearing in order to put their home on the market. Keep reading to find out more… His goal is to use the sale of the house to generate some income that will alleviate the “significant debt” he and the Real Housewives of Atlanta star have been struggling with in recent months.
The filing notes that the former couple faced foreclosure proceedings in February 2023, with their home set to be auctioned off in early March.
However, the pair were able to avoid foreclosure and the house was taken off the auction block. They subsequently reached an agreement with Truist Bank that placed them on “foreclosure probation,” which means that they had to make their mortgage payments every month for three months.
