Kilmarnock midfielder out to replicate Caley cup success with Rugby Park side

Liam Polworth has tasted Scottish Cup success with Inverness Caledonian Thistle and the midfielder insists there’s no reason he can’t do the same with Kilmarnock.The 29-year-old was part of the Caley side that defeated Falkirk to lift the famous trophy nine years ago, although the youngster was an unused substitute on the day.

"It was the two sides of the coin really, no one expected us to beat Celtic, but there was obviously pressure on us in that final.” Killie start their bid for silverware today when they welcome Dundee, with Polworth adding: “Kilmarnock are a bigger club than Caley Thistle.
