Kilmarnock boss Derek McInnes reckons he’s done in the January transfer window and heaped praise on the club’s head of recruitment Russ Richardson because he ensured no wholesale changes were needed this winter.Richardson, who previously worked alongside McInnes at both Bristol City and Aberdeen, was appointed in September 2022 with the gaffer insisting it’s been night and day since his arrival at the club.James Balagizi signed a loan deal from Liverpool earlier in the week.
