Assistant Chief Bryson Ponce of the Kauai Police Department confirmed to Fox News Digital that the pair were found in Kokee, a Hawaiian state park.The chief noted that both Lastovic and his friend were not harmed. James’ mother, Lucienne Lastovic, revealed on Instagram early Tuesday morning that her son and his roommate had gone missing in Hawaii.

Emily Longeretta Kelli Giddish’s “Law & Order: SVU” exit is coming soon. The actor’s last appearance will be on Dec. 8, Variety confirms. Additionally, she will make a guest appearance on spinoff “Law & Order: Organized Crime” later this season. Giddish joined the Dick Wolf series in 2011, starring alongside Mariska Hargitay, Ice-T and Peter Scanavino. Her character, Amanda Rollins, entered a romantic relationship with Scanavino’s Carisi at the end of last season. In the Season 24 premiere, Rollins was shot saving a young girl. She ultimately survived and was forced to attend therapy.

A Pennsylvania day care likely did not have a carbon monoxide detector – nor was it required to – during a gas leak Tuesday that sickened more than two dozen children and adults, officials said. Allentown Mayor Matt Tuerk told reporters Tuesday afternoon that he was under the impression that Happy Smiles Learning Center did not have carbon monoxide monitors, though the fire marshal was still investigating. Tuerk said all those effected during the gas leak are in stable condition.

New York police reportedly launched a strike force after the shooting outside of Rep. Lee Zeldin’s home.  Speaking to reporters near the home of the Republican candidate for governor, Suffolk Police Commissioner Rodney K. Harrison said he is putting the strike force together for the Shirley area.  "I’m always concerned about retaliation, so putting this strike force together and grabbing officers throughout the county and kind of flooding them in a certain community is our M.O.," Harrison on Monday, according to Newsday.
