This Morning's Rylan Clark and Cat Deeley have shared their excitement for co-star Josie Gibson joining I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!

Rylan kicked off today's show saying: "She's so nervous but I think she's going to be brilliant!" while Cat chimed in with: "She's so brave!" Josie, 38, also revealed her nerves as she sent in a video message from Heathrow Airport before jetting off to Australia.

She admitted: "Hello you guys, so the rumours are true! I am heading to the jungle.... just arrived at Heathrow Airport now.

I have said an emotional goodbye to Reggie [her son] and I keep thinking to myself: 'What have I done? What have I signed up for?'" "I'm just hoping that I am a survivor but thank you for all your support!
