TMZ reports Josh was set to go on a date with the woman in 2011, having met her through a mutual Facebook friend. However, he called off the date — which would have been their first in-person meeting — because he was sick.

After that, Josh claims the woman began pestering him about meeting up, so he decided against it. She has continued to harass him via texts, emails and direct messages for nearly a decade, he says.According to his complaint, the woman has sent him incredibly graphic sexual messages and has tried contacting his girlfriend and family members.

The woman, Josh added, has been removed from several of his performances, and she's turned up at various places he's staying.In early 2020, Josh sent the woman a cease and desist.
