TMZ reported that Dawn's manager, Leonard Carter, filed legal docs on his 81-year-old client's behalf claiming a fan from Ohio has been harassing the actress "with phone calls and letters since March and is trying to take advantage of his celebrity client."Allegedly, the man has even been able to get Dawn's social security number.The man has caused Dawn, who famously played Mary Ann Summers, "great mental angst" because he's an "artful manipulator extracting Dawn's personal info," court records state, according to TMZ.In the court records, Leonard says the overzealous fan is married, but has indicated he'd like to marry the former actress.
