Joe Swash has admitted that he and wife Stacey Solomon are constantly 'exhausted' raising their five children together.The former EastEnders actor, 41, and the Loose Women star, 33, who tied the knot at their stunning Pickle Cottage in Essex last July, have gotten so used to being tired that it has been the norm for them.The couple, who first met in 2010 when Stacey won I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

Plus Joe is dad to Harry, 16, from a previous relationship, and Stacey has two sons – Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11. Joe explained to PA News agency: "It is exhausting, but I think your body just adapts to your situation.

So after you've had three kids, four, five or six makes no difference. "Me and Stacey have been tired for so long now that it's become the norm." The doting dad also thanked the older children for their help with their super busy family life and praised them as being a "godsend" for "mucking in".
