A COUNTRY Life for Half the Price star Kate Humble has revealed she was "vile" to husband Ludo Graham with the pair regularly on the brink of divorce.

The TV star revealed that she and her other half of 30 years almost split due to both of them being busy with filming. Kate, 53, admitted she had a way of "getting away" with things in her marriage, which saw her being "vile" to her poor husband.

The star told Platinum magazine that she had "no idea" how to juggle her work life with her home life. "Basically, I got divorced almost every week as I tried to balance filming with writing the cookbook, which I had no idea how to do because I’d never done one before," she detailed. “I was vile to poor Ludo," Kate added, saying that her marriage "almost" fell apart.

She added: “It was really hard.
