Selma Blair, Jordin Sparks, Jason Lewis, and Teresa Giudice have joined the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars. The cast of season 31 was announced on Good Morning America on Thursday ahead of the season's premiere on 19 September.

Strictly Come Dancing was due to begin in just over a week's time but as the nation begins its period of national mourning today (September 9) fans are speculating about whether the start of the entertainment show is likely to be delayed. The Queen died on Thursday at the age of 96 and across the nation her death has triggered a number of closures and cancellations which include the postponement of concerts, sporting events and other planned activities.

Queen Elizabeth II spent her last summer at her Highland estate Balmoral, where she spent the final weeks of her life in happiness surrounded by friends and family. Balmoral was said to be the late Queen’s favourite home and is where she and husband the late Prince Philip were at their happiest. It’s thought that the Highland estate offered great comfort to the Monarch following her husband’s passing in 2021.

The cosmos was rocked at the second annual Music at the Multiverse festival at the weekend.
