The wife of Health Secretary Humza Yousaf said the couple feel “vindicated” a complaint has been upheld against a nursery they accused of discriminating against their daughter.
After a joint investigation with the Daily Record and the Yousafs, the Care Inspectorate found that Little Scholars in Broughty Ferry “did not promote fairness, equality and respect” when offering placements.
