The start of September has seen newly capped bus fares introduced in Greater Manchester as part of a plan to revolutionise public transport across the city.
The new fares see day tickets for all bus services capped at £5, while singles are now capped at £2 for adults and £1 for children.

Some people have complained that certain ticket prices, such as weekly passes, have gone up, and that particular routes in different areas won't see much benefit.
On the issue, chief executive of trade association OneBus Gary Nolan said: "The idea is to simplify the fares and make it more understandable. "Hopefully this means more people will travel on buses.
