House of the Dragon‘s second season is seeing the Game of Thrones spinoff series soar to new heights!

The new season of the HBO Max series premiered on June 16, 2024, and is getting rave reviews. Better yet, the official streaming ratings have been revealed for its first week, and the numbers are very good.

That’s big growth from the first season’s high of 1.02 billion. The numbers made House of the Dragon the fourth most-watched series that week, behind Bridgerton (2.47 billion minutes), Your Honor (1.95 billion minutes) and The Boys (1.29 billion minutes).
