Laying down in her dressing gown after a relaxing soak in the bath, Helen confessed to the camera: "I had a weird day yesterday.
It was really embarrassing actually. "I don't know why but I couldn't stop crying. I think Christmas can be really, really overwhelming for everybody for so many different reasons.
I had a lot of mum guilt. I was rushing to get the train to London for work and I had to sort out Charlie, my little boy. He gets really bad exma and stuff so I had to sort out his skin before our holiday."
