Disney+ has confirmed its Mandalorian spin-off, Ahsoka, will return for a second season. Set after the fall of the Empire, it stars Rosario Dawson as former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano.
The eight-part series debuted in August and also starred Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla and Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll.
Taking to social media on Wednesday (January 10), the official Star Wars account confirmed that season two was on its way, with creator Dave Filoni returning to the helm.
The account shared a beautiful Filoni sketch which appears to show Sabine and Ahsoka on the Father Statue - seemingly picking up where the second season ended, when villain Baylan had stood on a cliff near three crumbling statues; The Son, The Daughter and The Father.
