Tana and Gordon have been married for 26 years and are parents to five other children – Megan, 25, twins Jack and Holly, 23, Tilly 22, and Oscar, who's four years old.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Gordon shared three snaps, including one of him kissing Tana as she cradled their newborn, as well as two more pics of her and the little one.
He wrote in the caption: "What an amazing birthday present please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper!! "One more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade!!
