Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville believes the Premier League title race could hinge on the outcome of Arsenal's trip to Anfield to face Liverpool next weekend.
Just over two hours after Manchester City moved to within five points of the top of the Premier League table on Saturday afternoon, Arsenal reclaimed their eight-point advantage at the summit with a comfortable 4-1 triumph at home to Leeds United.
The Gunners have won their last seven league matches since losing 3-1 to City on February 15 and are showing no signs of slipping up.
However, in the event of City beating Southampton at St Mary's on Saturday evening, Arsenal will have to beat Liverpool to reclaim their eight-point lead next Sunday afternoon.
