A construction worker has spoke out about the terrifying moment when he suffered a cardiac arrest and was 'clinically dead' for 25 minutes.

Chris Dwayne, 62, was working on a building site at the time that he suddenly had a cardiac arrest.Grimsby Live reports that following the incident in 2014, Chris was fitted with a pacemaker and an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator, which helps to monitor the heart and blood flow throughout the body.

Chris worked on the development of the London Eye in the 1990s, as well as working on the Tower Bridge and the Thames Barrier.Now, what scares Chris the most is not being able to retrain and go back to work.He said: "I was clinically dead for 25 minutes.
