The boss of a Wishaw care home has been hailed for her work during the coronavirus crisis.Beechwood Care Home manager Cathy Tognieri has been praised for keeping staff and residents’ spirits up during lockdown.And she has been recognised as the first winner of our re-launched Say it with Flowers competition.Cathy was nominated by Jenni Mack, from the Holmes Group which runs Beechwood.And we surprised Cathy at the care home with a bouquet of flowers thanks to our friends at Pixie’s Petals in Newmains.She said: “She is keeping everyone going and she is coping really well.“In situations like this you need someone in charge to bring everyone together and Cathy definitely does that.“It can be very easy to let your emotions get the better of you
