‘This £26 under-eye corrector is so good I look like I've had tear trough filler’
ok.co.ukI’ve always had dark under-eye circles.They don’t particularly bother me, but because of my pale skin the purple-blue shadows do stand out against my complexion – even more so if I’ve had a rubbish night’s sleep or when I’m hungover.
I’m used to receiving “are you OK? You look a bit tired” comments even when I *have* slept well. Dark circles are often hereditary, so although using the best eye cream can help to lessen their appearance a little, and injectables like tear trough filler can be a longer lasting solution, under-eye discolouration can still be a nuisance.
Which is why I’ve been a fan of Bobbi Brown Creamy Corrector, £21.50 here, since I was at secondary school – in fact, I’m pretty sure it was my first ever “luxury” makeup buy.
In the 12-plus years that have passed since I started using it, no other corrector has even come close to its results. So when I heard that brand was releasing it in a more solid, stick form, I knew I needed to get my hands on it.
