Police have arrested five teenagers after three memorial benches were torched at a park in Fife. Emergency services were called to Pittencrieff Park in Dunfermline on Wednesday, January 27, after the wooden seats were set on fire at around 7pm.
Mountains of discarded booze bottles were also dumped at the scene while several bins were also allegedly set alight.
