There were some clues and subtle hints throughout the sixth season that a big star could be exiting, with the most recent coming after (spoiler alert!) Missy Peregrym‘s character was shot and almost killed.
On the show, Special Agent Omar Adom “OA” Zidan asked if Special Agent in Charge Isobel Castille could demand Maggie take time off.
Castille confirmed she could make this demand. Now, Zeeko Zaki, who portrays “OA,” is setting the record straight about Missy‘s future on the series.
