Former Love Islander Faye Winter has shared that her pup is her "reason for being" who has helped pull her through her recent heartache.
Faye, 27 and Teddy Soares, 28 parted ways earlier this year following months of speculation about their relationship. The pair first met on Love Island in 2021 and just a month after the show ended Faye, who is originally from Devon moved in with Teddy in London in August 2021.They later moved into a plush Essex apartment together with the pair welcoming a third addition to the £1m mansion when they got their Golden Retriever puppy, Bonnie in September 2022.
After being together for over a year the pair parted ways back in February, prior to the split they were the last couple remaining from the seventh series.
Announcing the split Faye posted a picture of her dog Bonnie on her Instagram stories with a statement that read: "I wanted to let you know that after lots of time and consideration, Teddy and I have decided to go our separate ways. "Thank you all so much for supporting our relationship and sharing the journey with us." She concluded her message by saying: "Lots of love, Faye and Bonnie." It seems Faye is now the sole owner of Bonnie, as the dog is often featured in her Instagram posts and not in any of Teddy's recent ones.
