The trial of the man accused of murdering Emma Faulds may still go ahead in June despite jury trials currently being banned because of the coronavirus pandemic, a court was told this week.
Ross Willox, 40, is alleged to have killed Emma, 39, from Kilmarnock and hidden her body at his home at Fairfield Park, Monkton, South Ayrshire, before dumping her at remote Glentrool Forest in Dumfries and Galloway.
