9 as police recalled the April 5 incident at Eminem's house in Clinton Township, Michigan."When [Eminem] asked him why he was there, he was told … that [the man] was there to kill him," Clinton Township cop Adam Hamstock testified, according to the Detroit Free Press.The officer added that Eminem, who was born Marshall Mathers, realized the man in his home was an intruder after initially believing he was his nephew.Em did not appear at the court hearing.A judge ruled that there is enough cause to move forward with a trial.
