Diddy is planning to fight his sex trafficking & racketeering case until the very end. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, appeared in TMZ Studios’ new documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, which dropped on Thursday, and revealed the 54-year-old music mogul will NOT take a plea deal if the prosecution offers one.

When asked if he would be “open to a plea bargain,” Agnifilo responded: Related: Rosie O’Donnell Joked Diddy Was Going To Prison Over 20 YEARS Ago! Why?

According to the lawyer, Diddy “believes he is innocent.” The rapper has denied all the allegations against him before. He is also determined to fight not only for himself but for others who deal with government persecution.

Seriously??! Agnifilo explained: Of course, we should not be surprised a plea deal is off the table for Diddy. The rapper wants to take the stand to testify during the trial to tell “every part of his story” — including that horrific video of him beating ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016.
