A 'dangerously overweight' mum who desperately wanted to make a change for her young son has lost an incredible 13 stone. Natasha Gibbs dropped from a size 32 to a size 12 after becoming 'embarrassed' that she couldn't keep up with her 11-year-old son Jayden or fit on any of the rides at theme parks.

Determined to become a better role model, the 37-year-old started dieting and using exante meal replacement products to shed the pounds, Wales Online reports.

This involved substituting her three main meals a day with nutritionally-complete, low-calorie shakes, pot meals, soups and bars.

Natasha, who went from 24st 4lbs to 10st 9lbs, said: “I was overweight for most of my life, I was a size 16 when I was 15-years-old, and I was about 18 stone in my 20s.
